Sales Executive-Packaging

SCIENTEX GREAT WALL (KLANG) SDN. BHD. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within the packaging plastic industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts within set targets and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed sales reports
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • MUST BE ABLE to communicate in MANDARIN, English & Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willing to travel, possess own transport
