Location: Kedah
Travel: Northern Region (Zon Utara) – travel allowance provided

We are a fintech company providing a cashless payment system for schools and merchants. We are hiring a Sales Executive (Operations & Support) to drive merchant acquisition, school onboarding, and user adoption across the Northern Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field sales to onboard schools, parents, and merchants
  • Acquire and onboard new merchants for EDC and cashless payment solutions
  • Promote fintech products and explain system features and benefits
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and onboarding KPIs
Operations & Support
  • Provide operations support and user support for schools and merchants
  • Conduct system onboarding, training, and basic troubleshooting
  • Handle operational issues and coordinate with internal IT support teams
Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools and merchant clients
  • Follow up on system usage, issues, and service performance
  • Support ongoing projects and ensure smooth daily operations
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Operations, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with experience as Sales Executive, Operations Executive, Support Executive, or Business Development Executive
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, comfortable with field work and client engagement
  • Basic IT knowledge and ability to understand systems (training provided)
  • Willing to travel within Zon Utara (Kedah, Penang, Perlis, Northern Perak)
