Job summary

A leading HVAC company in Malacca is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and develop business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Candidates should hold at least a Diploma and possess strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to travel as needed. Experience in promotional activities is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify potential customers and develop business opportunities.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers for maximum satisfaction.
  • Attend retail sales enquiries and site appointments to understand customer needs.
  • Check on stock and follow up on daily delivery.
  • Meeting customers for market feedback and project quotation follow-up.
  • Payment collection.

Key Roles:
  • Proactively identify more potential customers and develop more business opportunities through quality and professional sales processes with objective to meet sales targets
  • Closely follow up to maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure co-operation to achieve maximum customers’ satisfaction
  • To attend retail sales enquiries and site appointments to understand customers’ requirements and provide solution to meet customers’ need
  • Check on stock and follow up on daily delivery
  • Meeting customer for market feedback and project quotation follow up
  • Payment collection
Job Requirements:
