Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Penang is seeking a Sales Executive for medical devices and disposables. The role involves developing relationships with medical professionals, promoting sales, and providing product training. Candidates should have relevant educational backgrounds and at least 2 years of sales experience in medical devices. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Promote and sell medical devices, surgical equipment, and disposables to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to medical staff, ensuring effective usage of surgical devices.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales visits to operating theaters (OT) to support healthcare providers with product usage.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
