We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive - Key Account to join our dynamic team at SCIENTEX PACKAGING (AYER KEROH) BERHAD. In this full-time role, based in Ayer Keroh Melaka, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving sales growth for our industry‑leading packaging solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored packaging solutions.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales documentation including quotations and collection of credit in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure service fulfilment.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry and possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and complete tasks within the timeframe given.
• Willingness to travel outstation.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
