Sales & Client Management
- Handle B2B customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, product information, and pricing sheets.
- Follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and support account growth.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable product solutions.
- Process and manage sales orders, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams on order status and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, customer profiles, and sales reports.
- Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and submitted on time.
- Learn product specifications for webbing, cargo control equipment, lifting slings, safety items, and related industrial products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing product presentations and technical documents for clients.
- Work closely with HQ teams in Taiwan and production teams in Malaysia and China.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to ensure accurate production and delivery.
- Support management on special projects, reporting, and business development tasks.
Customer Visits & Field Support
- Conduct on-site customer visits when required.
- Assist with demonstrations, product explanations, and relationship-building activities.
- Travel domestically as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales, customer service, or industrial products is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
- High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
