Sales Executive (Building Materials - Interior Fixtures)

Position title: Sales Executive (2 vacancies)

Company Background: Distributor of Building Materials (Interior Fixtures)

Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 (Base) + Fixed Allowance + Commission + Incentive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Relationship Management: Engaging with Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Interior Designers, and Quantity Surveyors (QS); monitoring customer feedback and market trends, coordinating promotional campaigns, and overseeing after-sales support.
  • Managing commercial documentation, coordinating stock and supply chain for timely delivery, and overseeing payment collection.
  • Driving and meeting all personal sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing support for various ad-hoc duties and special projects.
  • Serving as the primary contact for dealer inquiries, coordinating the Sales Administration team, resolving technical and operational issues, advising on product availability.
  • Conducting regular on-site visits to Klang Valley and outstation dealers to support both retail and project sales channels.
  • Managing registration and proposal submissions, providing strategic pricing guidance, coordinating approvals, tracking project progress, and supporting dealer sales through presentations and technical assistance.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma qualification in any relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven working experience in building materials / construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to travel.
