Job summary

A leading sales firm in automotive solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate will lead a team and manage key customer accounts. Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and fluency in Mandarin. Competitive salary up to RM5000 offered.

About the job Sales Executive/ Brake Sales Executive

Salary Up To RM5000

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular sales pipeline meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and aligned with sales forecasts
  • Create and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with market conditions, customer expectations, and company profitability goals
  • Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities for the business.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or higher. Diploma/Degree in marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or brake systems industry.
  • Knowledge of personal computer is essential.
  • Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused.
  • Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.
