Support Sales Manager to implement the sales initiatives and explore the market, maintain and develop the sales channels, implement the marketing plans and sales analytics, to achieve the final sales targets.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support Sales Manager to implement all daily sales work, and take the responsibility to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Pay close attention to the changes in international relations, international & China economy trend, grasp the market dynamics, capture the development of the industry and the update of competitors.
  • Effectively promote the airline's products and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, corporate clients, TMCs, MICE services agencies, government agencies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other terms.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, tourism bureaus' roadshows, embassy events, and also organize joint roadshows with partners, so that to develop new partners, expand business opportunities, and promote the company brand.
  • Organize and participate in the regular agency training, update the latest products, prices, packages to agencies, and promote the company's brand
  • Monitor market trends, keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, advertising initiatives, and other marketing activities to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness.
  • Business trips to 2nd & 3rd tier cities to maintain and develop cooperation with agencies and clients around Beijing, so that to target more customers outside Beijing.
  • Organize the annual appreciation dinner for the top agencies to thank all their strong support in the past year, closer the relationship with them, and look forward to a deeper cooperation in the coming year.
  • Establish and maintain the cooperation with Chinese local airlines to support CN flights sales and achieve win‑win cooperation, like domestic add‑on, SPA, codeshare, etc.
  • Establish collaborations with cross‑industry partners,
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing sales activities, including pricing regulations, fare rules, and contractual obligations.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to provide management with insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Report to line manager, to response and action on job related action items assigned by superior in timely manner.
Qualifications and Working Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing or related field, airlines work experience will be prioritized.
  • Extensive Knowledge of airline/travel industry with experience in Sales, Marketing, Reservations & Ticketing.
  • Good contact with travel agents, OTAs, corporate customer base, tourism & trade organizations.
  • Able to work independently, dynamic and resourceful.
  • Detail oriented, with good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in written & spoken English & Mandarin. People with Pricing / Data analysis ability & skills / Excel / Power BI are most desirable.
