- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, marketing strategy or sales, preferably in LPG business especially industrial and commercial sales.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and understanding customer acquisition costs.
- Strong expertise in market expansion, lead generation and capability development.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a database of potential customers and leads.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage, negotiation, energetic and persuasion skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in delivering impactful presentations to clients; computer literate with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently, multitasking, work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
- Must be able to travel outstation at short notice.

Responsibility
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and follow-up activities to secure new accounts.
- Present products, pricing, and sales proposals to customers effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide prompt customer support and handle inquiries or issues professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Sales Administration
- Prepare sales documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including order processing and payment follow-up.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
Market Research & Product Knowledge
- Gather and analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on market opportunities and risks.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers.
Coordination & Team Support
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfilment.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
