Your Role

You will work directly with F&B business owners to understand their needs and propose social media exposure solutions that help their business grow.

This role is suitable for:

  • Individuals interested in social media marketing for restaurants

  • Fresh graduates who are confident and willing to learn

  • Understand client goals and recommend suitable social media solutions
  • Handle the full sales journey: pitching, closing, onboarding & after-sales support
  • Maintain proper sales records and client documentation
Requirements
  • Background in Sales / Customer Service / Marketing / Social Media is an advantage
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Willing to attend outstation appointments when required
  • Understanding of social media traffic & exposure is a plus (No filming or content creation required)
