Job description

Job Responsibilities

• In charge specific area enquiries and quotation request.
• Liaise and negotiate with overseas vendor for quotation.
• Check and confirm Quotation and drawing as per customer specification.
• Plan and manage for Direct Customer visitation.
• Follow up Purchase order with customer.
• Product promotion and brand awareness.
• Analyse, monitor and review order from customer.
• Reporting on monthly sales & order.
• Reporting on Industry and market review analysis.
• Involve in contract negotiation and customer tender readiness and follow up.
• Liaise with In house Sales for Quotation readiness.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Warehouse for Document and Delivery.
• Liase with Account related to customer outstanding and overdue.
• Participate in Exhibition for product and brand awareness.
• Conduct product and technical support to the Distributor / Customer.
