The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, close sales, and analyze market trends. Ideal candidates possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and preferably have chemical-related knowledge. Proficiency in CRM systems is important. Established on February 28, 2005, it is a modern enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sales of water-based acrylic emulsions. The company’s products include a variety of functional emulsions and additives such as construction emulsions, waterproof emulsions, textile emulsions, packaging emulsions, and more. These are widely used in fields such as architectural coatings, waterproof materials, textile processes, film packaging materials, wood coatings, and metal coatings. It is one of the important suppliers to well-known domestic and international paint companies.

The company is now expanding its operations and has opened new job positions:

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Effectively present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring all sales goals and targets are met.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage and track customer orders through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Actively develop new business opportunities and promote new products to expand the customer base.
  • Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
  • Assist with other sales-related tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  • Own a vehicle and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Passionate about sales, with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates with chemical-related qualifications or knowledge are preferred.
  • We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in [industry or sector].
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
