Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales is mandatory.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales & Service Engineer to join OMEGA VALUE SDN BHD. This role is ideal for candidates with proven outdoor sales experience who enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, building long-term relationships, and closing deals. Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred due to our client base.

About the Role

You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting the company’s overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively conduct outdoor sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and site meetings
  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field sales activities
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Provide after-sales support and basic service coordination when required
  • Update sales activities, pipelines, and reports regularly
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales (field sales experience is mandatory)
  • Mandarin speaking is highly preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working on the field
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
