Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Full-Time Sales and Business Development executive to enhance customer relationships and build new business opportunities for air compressor systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of SPM/Diploma, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include conducting site assessments, providing technical training, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Candidates aged 21 to 30 are preferred, and must possess their own transport. Monthly salary offered is RM3000 - RM3500.

  • Experience in industrial sales preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.

  • Sales & Business Development

  • Technical Support

    Conduct site assessments for customer enquiries.
    Provide technical training and product demonstrations when required.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    Maintain regular engagement with key customers to strengthen partnerships.
    Provide timely advice and solutions to customer queries.
    Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Reporting & Administration

    Update CRM records accurately.
    Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
