Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend to customer’s enquiries such as pricing, tender, quality & delivery issues.
• Monitor daily sales intake vs. budget.
• Build good customer relationship.
• Liaise with Customer Service on slow moving stocks.
• Report on customer’s latest business & order trend/activities.
• Report on competitor’s latest activities.
• Ensure daily shipment schedule reach customer on time.
• Attend/verify/coordinate all the customer complaints.
• Plan, execute & review to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
• Analyse customer sector by identifying their needs and competitor’s activities/capabilities.
• Preparing monthly collection forecast, follow up collection status, preparing CN/DN.
• Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly sales report issues.
