Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote company services including IT hardware, software, and AV solutions.
  • Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) regularly.
  • Verify stock availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proposals.

Requirements
  • Min education is Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma in any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Training will be provided.

SOA Management

  • Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) regularly.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments.

Costing & Order Management

  • Verify stock availability andensure timely delivery to customers.

Sales Support

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proposals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and professional business ethics.
