What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales strategies

What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Account & Relationship Management industry. Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidate able to communicate well in Mandarin is an added advantage.
