About the Role

Holista is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and grow our health supplement products—including our flagship brands PRISTIN Omega-3 and LACTO-5 Probiotics—by building strong relationships with pharmacies and healthcare partners. This is a full-time, field-based role requiring regular customer visits.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Conducting regular pharmacy visits, product briefings, and face-to-face engagements with existing and potential customers.

  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintaining accurate sales records, submission of monthly reports, and tracking performance KPIs.

  • Working closely with the Marketing team to execute trade activities and promotional strategies.

  • Keeping updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and new product developments to stay competitive.


What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in health supplements, FMCG, or pharmacy channels.

  • Experience working with pharmacies (IP & Chain) is highly valued.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.

  • Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Energetic, self-driven, and able to work independently with a positive mindset.

  • Willing to travel within the territory and must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
