Job description
Responsibilities
  • Business performance review (Biz outlook, Monitoring, order, profit, account receivable, market, customer biz situation).
  • Understand all Murata product knowledge and product division policy to independently introduce them to customers.
  • Explore new customers and capture their attention through Murata product introductions.
  • Identify and understand customers’ pain points, project roadmaps, organization, and competitors, providing relevant information to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead product promotion activities (pre‑sales design‑in activities) in collaboration with Product Engineers in Singapore and Japan.
  • Perform technical presentations to customers, assess their project specifications, and develop appropriate proposals.
  • Serve as the contact point for Malaysian sales staff to share product knowledge and technical matters with Product Engineering teams in Singapore and Japan.
  • Manage customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Related pre‑sales experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management, time management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, proactive and self‑motivated.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to Singapore or Japan.
  • Available to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am–5:35 pm.
