Employment: Full-Time | Commencement: December 2025 / January 2026

Compensation: RM3,000 – RM3,500 Basic + Commission + Incentives + Bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a newly launched chemical manufacturing plant backed by an established multinational group with operations across the Middle East and Asia. We're building a high-performing sales team to serve Malaysia's industrial manufacturing sector.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive sales of industrial adhesives to manufacturing clients across key sectors:
  • Foam & Mattress Manufacturing – foam bonding, fabric lamination
  • Refrigerated Truck & Panel Assembly – insulation bonding, sandwich panel applications
  • Fire-Rated Door & Building Products – structural bonding, fire-resistant assemblies
  • Develop and manage relationships with factory owners, procurement managers, and production heads
  • Identify and onboard new industrial accounts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on application requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Must-Have: 3–5 years sales experience in adhesives, chemicals, or related industrial products
  • Proven track record selling into manufacturing environments
  • Diploma or Degree in any Science, Engineering, or Technical field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay
  • Own transport; willingness to travel across Malaysia
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong Advantage: Existing relationships with furniture, foam, mattress, or panel manufacturers
  • Hands-on experience selling PU adhesives, spray adhesives, hot melts, or contact adhesives
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Also Welcome: Candidates with strong adhesives sales experience may apply regardless of academic background
