Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow your income through commissions.
• Handle walk-ins, events leads, digital enquiries, and referrals generated by the developer.
• Participate in sales activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of leads/database of prospects in “CRM system” to create consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
• Provide feedback to improve overall sales delivery and service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience in property developments or loans/mortgages are encouraged to apply.
• Multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Background in Loans/Mortgages are welcome to apply.
