A tech marketing company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic social media manager to promote and sell products across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and have strong skills in content creation and customer service. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with marketing teams. Promote and sell the company’s products (VPN, SaaS, and utility software) across various social media platforms.
Manage and update official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, TikTok, etc.) with product news and engaging content.
Handle online customer inquiries via Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, website chat, and other communication channels.
Collect user feedback and sales leads to support the sales team in conversion efforts.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to plan online campaigns and promotional content.
Write short marketing copy (bilingual in Chinese and English preferred) and create visual or short video content for social media.
