Major Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote flexitank solutions to B2B clients in relevant industries (e.g., chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals).
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals to meet company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations, and logistics solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Logistics/Business/Supply Chain/Marketing
- Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
- Understanding of flexitank technology, liquid logistics, and current market trends.
- Able to deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to clients.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Capable of addressing logistics challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English are required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to client needs.
