Job summary

A construction solutions provider in Johor is seeking a Sales Executive to promote its product range. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering and sales experience in the construction industry is preferred. This role involves presenting products to architects and contractors, providing technical support on-site, and maintaining strong business relationships. Proficiency in English is required, and candidates should be outgoing and motivated.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and within the construction industry will be considered.
  • Competent in the English Language (spoken and written).
  • Having a driving license would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Visit Professional Architects, Engineers and Contractors to market products.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Cold call customer leads.
  • Provide technical support to customers on-site.
  • Analyze market potential and track sales.

Responsibilities
  • Visit Professional Architects, Engineers and Contractors to market and disseminate technical information on our range of products.
  • Present, promote and sell products represented by the organization to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Provide technical support to customers (includes going to construction sites to explain the installation process).
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
