A local sales company in Ipoh seeks an experienced sales professional to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Candidates should have a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of related experience. Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, and English is essential, as well as excellent communication skills. The role involves attending to customer enquiries, managing sales processes, and assisting with marketing activities. Willingness to work on weekends may be required.
To attend to customers’ enquiries and complaint and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters.
To achieve sales targets and ensure that sales activities are aligned with company business strategies.
To monitor and track sales process to close deal and also manage the overall sales administrations.
To assist in marketing activities to attract more sales.
Handing over of vacant possession and focus on customer relationship management.
To maintain proper filing systems to ensure traceability of documents.
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 5 years related working experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin and English. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
Willing to work on weekends and/or public holidays.
Self‑motivated, creative and able to work in a team.
To be based in Ipoh.
