Job summary

A leading beverage company in Ipoh is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive sales volume and market share through effective relationship building with customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM/Diploma, at least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, and strong communication skills. A self-starter comfortable with numbers, you will promote products, forecast sales trends, and collaborate with Marketing teams. Job description

Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
• Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
• Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
• Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
• Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
• Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
• Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environmentlin
• Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
• Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
• Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
• Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
• Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage
• Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
