A leading property development company in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi is seeking a Sales Executive to manage daily operations in the sales gallery. Responsibilities include addressing sales inquiries, maintaining the sales office and showroom, and fostering relationships with customers. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in business administration or management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role offers competitive earnings of RM6,000–RM10,000/month with potential commissions. Flexible hours are required.
Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, including attend to sales inquiries, project explanation.IOException to the customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after sales service;
Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions;
To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;
Assist Head of Department to drive the overall sales and marketing activities.
Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities.
Prompt coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentations.
Assist in the handing over of vacant possession process.
Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks related to sales events, open houses, and promotional activities at the sales gallery.
Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by the management.
Average earnings: RM6,000–RM10,000/month (or more)

Diploma/Degree in business administration, management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the property development industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of Road Runner system is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support sales gallery operations.
