  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a liaison between clients and the Sales Engineer. Respond to customer inquiries, provide basic technical support, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop a strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components through training and hands‑on experience. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance your knowledge and support the Sales Engineer in providing expert advice to customers.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Engineer for sales strategies and product development.
  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales and technical skills. Take advantage of opportunities for professional growth and knowledge acquisition within the organization.
  • Over time, work closely with the Sales Engineer to learn and progressively assume more responsibilities and autonomy in managing customer accounts, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
