Job description

Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop and establish sales strategies to generate revenue and expand market share.
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products.
Actively develop account development strategies to increase Sales figure from existing as well as new customers.
Accountable for meeting sales targets and marketing objectives as well as new market developments.
Monitors market trends and competition.
Submit timely sales report on weekly, monthly basis.
Assist customers on any technical issues and building good rapport with customers.
Demonstrate strong product, technical and marketing knowledge with a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the job.
Organize product training, seminar, product introduction for all levels of people as well as to ensure trainees are well trained with successful certification.
On‑site support to perform checks, gather information, analyse customers' needs and early failures, make product recommendations, perform testing & follow‑ups.
Post‑Sales analysis of technical problems, troubleshooting, service and perform product testing to help improve product reliability, safety and maintainability etc.
Manage and maintain technical documents, certifications as well as to develop the training program with tests and update it on an on‑going basis.
Ensure ample stock of marketing and training materials.
Handle claims and complaints from customers efficiently and professionally and feedback the same to the relevant department and/or factory for effective solutions.
Undertaking any other sales related tasks that may be required by your Superior from time to time.
