A leading F&B equipment supplier in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance customer engagement and manage accounts. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering and at least two years of sales experience, preferably related to refrigeration. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, providing technical support, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires flexibility to travel within Malaysia and the ability to work with diverse products.
To increase sales by sourcing potential customers.
Handle pre and post sales account management and technical support, attending to sales enquiries, generate and present quotation.
Develop and execute sales strategies / product penetration plan to meet sales / business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share.
Provide excellent customer service and with key customers and decision makers.
Attend to technical matters raised by clients and to provide practical solutions.
Work closely with HOD and Technical Team to identify emerging trends and market needs.
