B. Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of NF membrane systems and related water treatment solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.

Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and quotations.

Achieve sales targets set by management.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.

Provide basic technical clarifications to customers.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Submit regular sales reports to management.

Position 1: Sales Engineer – Commercial
A. Position Requirements

A. Position Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in process design and application engineering for water and wastewater treatment systems.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Nanofiltration (NF) membranes, system design, process calculations, and troubleshooting.

  • Able to speak and write Chinese fluently to liaise with China-based engineering teams, suppliers, and principals.

  • Familiarity experience in Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment Equipment Manufacturing or Environmental Engineering, Filtration Technology or Nanofiltration Membrane Technology industries.

  • Ability to prepare technical proposals, process flow diagrams, and system configurations.

  • Capable of conducting site assessments, performance evaluations, and technical discussions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Fresh graduates who are able to speak and write Chinese fluently are encouraged to apply.

B. Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support & Application Engineering: Work closely with clients to understand process requirements, raw water characteristics, and treatment objectives.

  • Design and recommend NF membrane systems based on site conditions and application needs.

  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, calculations, and system layouts.

  • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and performance improvement of existing membrane systems.

  • Assist in retrofit projects, pilot studies, testing, and system commissioning.

  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and China-based technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical meetings with clients.

  • Provide technical training, application guidance, and after-sales support to customers.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, drawings, and project records.

  • Report project progress, technical findings, and recommendations to management.
