Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a strong and motivated sales team to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
- Define and implement effective sales strategies, annual budgets, and performance plans.
- Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including enquiry qualification, business development, contract negotiations, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with international teams on global project opportunities and drive local market share expansion.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Represent the company with professionalism through technical presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within industrial or rotating equipment sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern business IT tools.
- A customer-focused, resilient, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
