About the Job
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and translate growth strategies into actionable plans aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Build and manage robust business relationships with End‑users and prospects in the Enterprise, SME, Education, and Government sectors to facilitate business growth and market penetration.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and lead the Commercial vertical team to meet targets and accomplish desired results set by the management.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and provide timely feedback and solutions to management.
  • Familiarity with pre‑ and post‑tender submission processes for the Enterprise, SME, Education, and Government sectors is essential.

About the Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the computer / IT industry, with ten (10) years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of and established relationships with vertical End‑users.
  • Proven ability to sell in complex and dynamic situations.
  • Possess strong business acumen, assertiveness, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills, while also being a strong team player.
  • Ability to influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
