We are committed to innovation and growth, seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and digital growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate and lead the implementation of the company’s overarching sales strategy, aligning it with business objectives to ensure sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Set measurable sales targets and regularly review performance against goals to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Design, plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding market reach and increasing product/service adoption across customer segments.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Lead and integrate marketing strategy with sales execution, including brand positioning, content strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee and drive social media marketing (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) to strengthen farmer outreach, dealer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community‑based marketing programs.
  • Use marketing performance data to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement skill development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional departments (QA, Production, Warehouse, Product Development, Finance) to ensure cohesive execution of strategic plans and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales and marketing insights during business planning and forecasting sessions.
  • Foster long‑term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for resolving critical client issues and maintaining a strong brand reputation.
  • Continuously monitor market conditions, customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities or risks.
  • Use insights to refine sales, marketing, and digital strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead negotiations for major deals and key accounts, ensuring commercially sound agreements that align with business profitability goals.
  • Provide support to the sales team in complex negotiations or contract terms.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and digital tools across sales and marketing functions, including CRM automation, predictive analytics, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
  • Drive AI‑enabled customer insights to improve targeting, personalization, demand forecasting, and sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI‑powered marketing tools (e.g., social media analytics, content generation, customer behavior analysis).
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s long‑term growth and innovation roadmap.
  • Actively contribute to the company’s long‑term strategic direction, including new market entry, product diversification, and revenue stream expansion.
  • Support corporate growth initiatives through the identification and development of business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management and commercial leadership roles, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in the agriculture industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven expertise in strategic sales management, including campaign development, execution, and digital marketing integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and modern digital sales channels.
  • Strong exposure to AI‑driven sales and marketing tools, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Fluency in Mandarin dialect is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
