Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and online outreach
  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the Sales team
  • Close small sales orders and handle basic customer enquiries
  • Support the Sales team with follow-ups and daily sales activities
  • Prepare, issue, and track quotations, proposals, and sales documents
  • Service customers by coordinating order details and updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintain and update customer and product databases
  • Assist in updating product catalogues, pricing lists, and sales materials
  • Prepare basic sales reports and tracking summaries for management
Requirements
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
