Job summary

Client Management

  • Act as the liaison between agency brands’ sales operations and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Support the execution of agency brands’ sales programs, marketing events, in-store displays, and other trade activities.
  • Assist the sales development team in business planning for agency brands, focusing on sales revenue growth, active listing, and share of shelf/space.
  • Consolidate month-end sales reports, A&P claims, and other relevant documentation for submission to agency brands.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all sales-related data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or any other equivalent discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
