Overview
To perform a task of providing support & service to the external customers and coordination for the internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales/Customer Service Manager/Assistant in providing administrative, logistic & technical support to external customers, through effective coordination with the internal departments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international semiconductor markets.
- Work closely with production or engineering to provide customer feedback and support product development.
- Understand and communicate semiconductor manufacturing capabilities, such as wafer fabrication, assembly, packaging, and testing.
- Perform pre-assembly review activities for any new device (existing packages) and assure customer requirements will be carried-out.
- Review the bonding diagrams for new devices (qualified range of products), coordinate internally to support production loading.
- Track and consolidate PO received from PC / planners.
- Release monthly report on the department’s activity updates.
- Any others task assigned by manager from day to day.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/degree in any field preferably engineering or others related fields.
- Minimum 5 to 8 year experience in manufacturing environment preferably in semiconductor.
