Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotate across outlets when required.

Responsibility

The Sales & Customer Service Executive plays a key role in supporting sales activities and managing all customer enquiries across Bomb Battle outlets. This role focuses on enquiry handling, lead support, booking coordination, and delivering a positive customer experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up.

Customer Enquiries & Support

  • Handle all incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media and booking platforms.

  • Provide accurate information on games, packages, pricing, promotions, and outlet details.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.

  • Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and general support.

Sales Support & Conversion

  • Support the sales team by qualifying enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, and follow-up messages.

  • Upsell relevant add-ons such as food & beverage, merchandise, photos, or upgraded packages when appropriate.

  • Track enquiry status and follow up with potential customers to close bookings.

Outlet & Event Coordination

  • Liaise with outlet operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings, events, and special requests.

  • Coordinate customer requirements for birthdays, group bookings, school visits, and team-building sessions.

  • Ensure all booking details are clearly communicated to operations and event teams.

CRM, Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer data.

  • Update internal systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools with enquiry and booking status.

  • Assist in preparing simple sales and enquiry reports when required.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

  • Ensure consistent, friendly, and professional communication that reflects the Bomb Battle brand.

  • Handle complaints or issues calmly and elevate when necessary.

  • Gather customer feedback to support service improvement.
