We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to support our Sales Director in managing customer orders and sales follow-ups. This role does not carry a sales target and focuses on coordination, customer liaison, and repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up with customers on orders secured by the Sales Director
  • Prepare and issue quotations and pricing confirmations
  • Liaise with customers on order details, delivery schedules, and requirements
  • Track order progress and ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Follow up on repeat orders and customer re-orders
  • Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and accounts when needed
  • Maintain proper sales and customer records
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred if dealing with China / regional clients)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word
