We specialise in providing high-quality furniture and equipment for F&B outlets and hotels across Malaysia. We are looking for a reliable Sales Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and sales-related documents
  • Handle purchase documents and support the full sales documentation process (no sales KPI involved)
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate installation and basic after-sales support for furniture and equipment
  • Liaise with suppliers (including those from China) and customers on project updates
  • Ensure smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent are welcome
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or admin support
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin (required for China suppliers)
  • Good problem-solving ability and a pleasant personality
