Responsibilities
  • Handling documentation, maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, organizing sales-related files and databases
  • Manage marketing system, addressing inquiries, resolving sales-related issues, and providing information about products or services
  • Organizing sales materials, pricing information, and ensuring sales information is up to date
  • Assist in coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events
  • Communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments, collaborating with these departments to ensure smooth sales processing, timely deliveries, and resolution of any issues that may arise
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members by providing them with necessary materials, systems access, and information about sales processes and procedures
  • Make calls to get info/listing, arrange for appointment
