A customer service company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time position in sales coordination. The role involves managing customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, processing orders, and preparing invoices. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service or sales, be well-organized, and capable of working independently. The position offers a monthly salary of RM 1,700 to RM 2,000 along with EPF, SOCSO, and bonuses.
We need a candidate who can start immediately.
Office location: IG Premium Sdn Bhd (HQ), Lot 1-30, 31 & 32, Jalan TTC2, Kawasan Perindustrian Cheng, 75250, Melaka.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) and Saturday (9am - 1pm).
