Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is seeking to hire a candidate to manage maintenance and housekeeping activities on Distributor Management Software (DMS). The role involves liaising with vendors and distributors on issues, generating Sales MIS reports from SAP and DMS, and maintaining communication regarding updates. Candidates should have strong computer literacy, especially in Excel, and operational knowledge of databases with an understanding of FMCG sales operations. Experience in handling DMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferable experience in handling DMS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping on DMS.
• Liaise with vendors/distributors on issues.
• Generate Sales MIS reports from SAP and DMS.
• Manage communication with distributors regarding various updates.
• Maintain tracking sheets for claims and inventory.

Skills
