Responsibility
Role Purpose

To support the sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee sales planning and execution across various channels and customer segments.
  • Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and ensure timely achievement of sales targets.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align sales activities with overall business priorities.
  • Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand customer base and strengthen client engagement.
