In this full-time role, you will support sales operations by processing orders, managing documentation, and coordinating with multiple teams. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer service, alongside strong organisational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in Chinese. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery to clients.

Zenotec Pharma Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our pharmaceutical products to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with sales teams to process and track sales orders

Process Sales Order and verify pricing, quantities and customer details.

Prepare and manage sales related documents (SO / PO / DO / Invoice).

Provide administrative support as needed and other ad hoc tasks assign from time to time.

Handle company phone call and WhatsApp and email.

Coordinate with store on stock availability and delivery.

Work closely with Accounts team on invoicing and customer payment matters.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Positive attitude and friendly

Problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve common goals
