Job description

Sales Coordinator is to assist the Manager and the team to ensure we provide a great level of service to achieve best outcome to customer and company.

Customer Order & Project Solutions (COPS) team will play key role in the overall success of our organization by ensuring the coordination with customers, sales, and operations team according to company’s vision.

Job Responsibility
  • Process orders in a timely manner while maintaining order accuracy.
  • Provide and maintain updated sales order records through electronic documentation system.
  • Coordinate orders with customers and related internal parties to ensure orders meet the customer’s requirements – specification, discrepancy, lead time, changes, cancellation.
  • Monitor and carry out necessary follow‑up with related parties (customer, internal).
  • Update customer on order completion schedule in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to customer/sales representative if, when required, to estimate project completion lead time/inventory level.
  • Provide support and coordination to/with customer/team on inquiries.
  • Assist in establishing better COPS procedure and materials to achieve an efficient flow.
  • Update the weekly inventory list.
  • Update daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Register a Quality Problem Report (QPR) on behalf of sales/customer complaint.
  • Receive customers’ calls as well as respond to general inquiries for non‑technical related matters and refer to the appropriate Sales representative when necessary.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates with 1‑2 years of relevant work experience as well as recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service practices is a plus.
  • Experience using ERP system.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
