Role Description

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and effective communication with customers. The role involves coordinating between internal teams and clients, handling inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting in achieving sales targets. A Sales Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall sales efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible on Local & export order processing
  • Experience in challenging export market environment in different country rules & regulation
  • Learn to Prepare shipping document & internal related document
  • Compile department’s daily & monthly report
  • Learn process of purchasing budget, planning, CAPEX, PR & PO operation cycle
  • Communication & Coordination with Internal operation team & Sales personnel
  • Preferred Self motivated and good following up skill.
