Job summary

A marketing firm in Selangor is seeking a Sales Admin to manage sales orders, support the sales team, and perform administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business/Admin and 1-2 years of experience in sales administration. Proficient communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. This role is independent and requires multitasking skills. The company offers a friendly working environment and follows a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • SPM/Diploma in Business/Admin or related field
  • 1-2 years’s experience in sales admin
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge in SQL system will be advantage
  • Must be able to work during Pet Fair event
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work at Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, Selangor (near the Balakong area).
Responsibilities
  • Process Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Debit Note and Credit Note
  • Performs administration duties
  • Can work independently, multitasking skill
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics team for smooth delivery
  • Support sales team & follow up with customers
  • Handling incoming email, phone calls and customer walk in visit
  • Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
