A leading FMCG company located in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to support sales order processing and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work both independently and as a dynamic team player are essential. This position requires maintaining filing systems, compiling reports, and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Providing support on sales order processing and delivery schedule by ensuring smooth coordination and timely deliver to customer orders.
Ensure all customers’ requirements are well-coordinated and ensure all aspects of customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Maintaining a systematic filing system and office systems to ensure safekeeping of documents for compliance, and ease of retrieval.
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day international / local sales operations to minimize disruptions, and maintain high standards of performance.
Compiling monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing sales reports, as well as spoilage reports, on timely manner for the management to review.
Attend customer inquiries effectively and being respond within the timelines.
Assist to call distributors/customers for orders in the absence of sales personnel.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
Minimum SPM holder or higher education level.
As least 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
Dynamic team player with initiatives, matured, able to work independently with a positive attitude.
Digital savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
